Positive Intelligence Coaching
This coaching program for individuals or teams focuses on the root cause of leadership success: the ability to effectively recognize and reframe your state of mind, even in the most challenging of times. This is what differentiates great leaders from the rest. Innovation, performance, collaboration, well-being, and success flow from this essential leadership competency.

The program begins with an assessment to hone in on your top “saboteur“ that represents the habits and tendencies that drain your energy and effectiveness.
We then combine traditional coaching (weekly coach/client sessions) with a six-week self-guided, app-based program called Positive Intelligence.

The combination of coaching, learning, and practice works incredibly well to support the formation of new mental habits that yield powerful results in a relatively short period of time.

You may believe you are in charge of directing your own mind. If that were true, why would you dwell on unhelpful thoughts for far longer than is useful? Using neuroscience insights and the science of habit formation, you will learn to build the muscle of self-command, and leave our engagement with an increased ability to direct your attention, recovering a significant amount of time and energy to re-direct to what serves your success and well-being.

recognize self-sabotage
There are universal tendencies for self-sabotage that are so common, that through factor analysis across the disciplines of cognitive and positive psychology and performance science, we can give them names: the Pleaser, the Controller, the Avoider, the Hyper-Achiever…to name a few. You will learn to recognize these saboteurs and intercept them so that they are spending far less time driving your behavior, decision-making, and thoughts.
