The essential steps to design and deliver an outstanding team offsite.

  • I use my consulting, coaching, and listening skills to help you determine the right topics and outcomes that matter to the team’s success.

    This is done in collaboration with the team leader and key stakeholders.

  • I use communication and planning experience to set a clear, trusting, and engaging tone with participants in the lead-up to the offsite.

    This phase includes communications kickoff, pre-interviews with participants, and optional assessments.

  • I use a proven process drawn from the disciplines of learning design and facilitation to sequence sets of activities that will meaningfully engage participants and meet our overall objectives.

    We design with three meta-goals/principles in mind: participant learning & growth, advancing key business outcomes, and connection.

  • I use expert facilitation and training skills to engage the group in doing their best thinking and collaborating to achieve the offsite outcomes.

    We iterate and adapt as needed.

  • We close out the offsite with feedback and an executive summary.

    I am available on retainer after the event to help you stay on track with action agreements, integrate learning, and maintain the connection that has been built.
