My qualifications include advanced certifications in coaching, specialized training in areas such as leadership development and career transitions, building the learning and development function for a top-ten website, an advanced degree in leadership education, and a deep passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

I have completed 200 hours of ICF accredited coach training in Presence-Based Coaching, Growth Edge Coaching, the Art of Developmental Coaching, and Positive Intelligence Coaching. I am a certified Leadership Circle Practitioner.
